Oh no, not me!

"Oh no, I'm not upset about anything!" says the woman who just complained two hours straight about her horrible life.

You meet them all the time. You may even be one of them. Think about it, someone in the supermarket, someone on your job, someone in your family, someone at church or even someone in the mirror (oops, did I say that, ouch!)

We can declare to the world how wonderful and great we are doing but if your inside isn't matching up with your outside it will come out.

Just to let you in on a little secret...most times people can get a snapshot of my heart (or your heart) by the first few words which come out of your mouth.

Whatever is in your heart in abundance will flow out of your mouth. Sometimes we have to listen to ourself when we are talking to other people to discover what is really going on.
