I was speaking with a person who said they really wanted to change. When I asked them, "What is stopping you?" It seemed like a million excuses were being made. Blaming others was at the top of the list. As the conversation continued I realized that the person actually wanted everyone else to change so they would feel better and their life be easier. No! No one can change for you. Change begins with acknowledgement. Change requires accepting responsibility for your behavior and habits. Change doesn't happen overnight, it will take consistency. Change calls for hard work. It's your snapshot. You have two choices. Love it! or Change it! Remember, no one can change it for you!
